Jack Overall
Cellist
Jack Overall began learning the cello at age 9 with Ruth Saffir, later attending Marryatville High School Special Interest Music Centre. He was awarded most promising cellist (2015 and 2016), most outstanding string player (2018), and 5MBS young virtuoso finalist (2019) in the Adelaide Eisteddfod. Jack has played principal cello with the Elder Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra and the Adelaide Youth Orchestra, and was a member of the associated string quartet under the guidance of Keith Crellin OAM. Performance highlights include the Australian Youth Orchestra’s National Music Camp concert series (2017-2020), a Flinders University lunchtime concert (2020), Elder Conservatorium Top Class lunchtime concert (2019) and the Australian premiere of Lucas Debargue’s Piano Trio (2019). Jack is currently studying with Simon Cobcroft at the Elder Conservatorium.

Jenny Hu
Flute / Viola player
Jenny Hu is a recent graduate of Marryatville High School, being heavily involved with the school’s intensive music programme. Along with Marryatville High School’s many ensembles, she is also an avid member of the Adelaide Youth Orchestra. Over the past few years Jenny has received numerous scholarships and awards including the Wyatt Secondary Scholarship. Recently she has been awarded the Tertiary Colin Oliver Music Scholarship as well as a Scholarship from the Adelaide Youth Orchestras. Jenny is now currently in her first year of a Bachelor Music – Classical Performance under the tutelage of Elizabeth Koch AM where she is preparing for her Associate of Music AMEB.

Satomi Ohnishi
Jazz Percussionist
Satomi started playing drums and percussion at the age of twelve years, studying with Japanese Jazz drummer Takeshi Inomata. She has performed in various festivals and well-known venues, such as Manly International Jazz Festival (NSW) and The Basement (Sydney). She worked with Slingsby Theatre Company’s new show premiered at the Adelaide Cabaret Festival (2018). She has recently completed a Master Certificate in Arranging and Orchestration at Berklee Online.
Satomi is also founder of San Ureshi, along with Zhao and David.
This trio has received much credit in the short period of time, delivering more than 60 school workshops and performances in one year's time, including being part of Ozasia Festival 2019. They have also been involved in Adelaide Festival Centre's Chinese new year concerts and workshops 2019 and 2020.
