Adelaide Chinese Orchestra
The first ever to be established in SA, School of Chinese Music & Arts is committed to building a stronger community through establishment of an orchestra.

Requirements:
-
ability to read numerical notation (jianpu 簡譜)

a good sense of rhythm
-
confidence to perform in front of an audience

possess grade 4+ proficiency
-
ability to speak at least English or Mandarin
-
be a friendly team player
-
have a passion for working together to create good music in a fun environment

Junior Orchestra: Fortnight Tuesdays 4.30pm

Concert Orchestra: Fortnight Saturdays 3.30pm

Intermediate Orchestra: Fortnight Wednesdays 6pm

Intermediate Orchestra II: Fortnight Saturdays 3.30pm
Location:
110 Gawler Place Adelaide SA 5000
Instruments:
Players on instruments other than the guzheng
will need to bring their own instruments
Performances:
Ensemble members may have an opportunity to
perform at events and/or festivals
