MULTICULTURAL MUSIC STORYTIME for 0-5yos
Initially supported by Multicultural SA, we successfully piloted the first Multicultural Giggle/ Storytime sessions in South Australia in 2015 to 2017.
The program received funding in 2015-16 and delivery commenced in Term 1 2016. Sessions ran for a total of 6 school terms across several libraries and councils, including City of Salisbury, City of Playford, City of Port Adelaide Enfield, City of Tea Tree Gully, City of West Torrens, City of Charles Sturt, City of Marion, City of Prospect, City of Unley, Adelaide City Council, City of Burnside. Since then, it has been a program - coming up to its 7th year soon!
Today, we are sometimes known as
"Travel the world with kids' music"
The program serves to build social cohesion and community harmony, as families build mutual understanding for one another through enjoying songs and nursery rhymes from each others' culture.
Additionally, the project welcomed artists of other cultural backgrounds to be part of the show and music!
In Terms 1 & 2 2022, we will be delivering:
