About us

The school is dedicated to connecting the Oriental culture to the Australian community through music, in particular Chinese music. Since then, it has been delivering Chinese cultural music workshops in schools, public and private events, locally and interstate. An estimated number of more than 120 schools have been visited and more than 4000 school students have experienced our workshops. 




Multicultural Storytime for 0-5yos:

An initiative funded by Multicultural SA, these multicultural storytime sessions are being delivered in local libraries for young children and families, where rhymes and songs in other languages can be enjoyed. A free session for all! Session times are available on our webpage




Classes and workshops for all ages of the following :

  • Guzheng - Chinese harp 

  • Erhu - Chinese violin

  • Pipa - Chinese lute

  • Dizi - Chinese flute

  • Ruan - Chinese guitar

  • Liuqin - Chinese mandolin

  • Chinese calligraphy 

  • Oriental Harmonies (6 and above)

  • Little Mozart **NEW in 2018**


Adelaide Chinese Orchestra:
